The mission of our company is to develop software programs that assist our clients in the use psychological solutions for problems of everyday living and learning. Our solutions are research based, technologically sophisticated, interactive, easy to use, and cost-effective. In order to be able to meet our rigorous standards, we have recruited a multidisciplinary product development team that consists of the following professionals:

• University Research Scholars

Research has consistently shown that mental health services can provide people with significant relief from common psychological symptoms. However, to experience the benefits of treatment it is important that mental health professionals use techniques that are based upon sound psychological principles. Our research scholars make a significant contribution to the development process by identifying empirically based psychological interventions for problems of everyday living and learning. Second, they work with other psychologists to write the treatment manuals that guide product development.

• Licensed Psychologists

Although we strive to develop software solutions that are research based, it is just as important that the applications are user friendly and flexible enough to work in real life settings. Our licensed psychologists make a significant contribution to the development process by sharing with the team their several years of practical work experience. They also collaborate with our research scholars to write the treatment manuals that guide product development.

• Software and Graphic Design Experts

Translating the ideas of our psychological experts into functional software solutions are the responsibilities of our software and graphic design experts. To facilitate this process the software engineers, who specializes in the development of web-based solutions, analyze the technical needs of the product. The software engineers along with the graphic designer, in consultation with the other team members, create the web pages that bring our products to life.

• Consumer Consultants

Since the ultimate goal of our development process is to create a functional and user-friendly application, we contract with consumers who would potentially be the end users of our products. These individuals review the application at different stages in development and provide valuable feedback regarding the usability of our solutions. For example, we enlisted the aid of teachers, behavioral consultants, and school administrators to provide us with feedback about the development of the Review360™.
