Psychological Software Solutions, Inc.

The goal of our company is simple. We strive to develop affordable and dependable software solutions that assist the educational, health care, and public consumer in the use of scientifically-based psychological interventions.

Our solutions are specifically designed to:

  • Eliminate many of the typical obstacles that interfere with the effective implementation of psychological and educational interventions
  • Provide easy to use and easy to understand reports of student or patient progress, sometimes called Response to Intervention

Use of a secured, web-based platform make our solutions readily accessible to education and health care providers and to personal users who would otherwise require expert assistance in the management of behavioral and psychological problems of everyday living and learning.

Management Team

Stewart Pisecco, Ph.D., President: Dr. Pisecco is a nationally and internationally recognized expert on the education and treatment of children and adolescents with behavioral disorders. Prior to assuming his present fulltime duties as President and CEO with Psychological Software Solutions. Inc., he served as Director of the Ph.D. program in Counseling Psychology at the University of Houston. A proud graduate of the University of North Texas, Dr. Pisecco has been a Fulbright Scholar at Dunedin Multidisciplinary Health and Development Research Unit at the University of Otago Medical School in New Zealand and psychology resident at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He is author of numerous scholarly articles, professional presentations, and principal investigator on multiple research grants. Dr. Pisecco personally oversees the continuing development and improvement of the Review360™ and our other related suite of software products.


Robert H. McPherson, Ph.D., Chief Operations Officer: Dr. McPherson is a Professor and Executive Associate Dean of the College of Education at the University of Houston. A Fellow of the American Psychological Association and member of the National Academies of Practice, he has received numerous teaching and leadership service awards from local, state, and national organizations. A past president of the Texas Psychological Association, Dr. McPherson also chaired the national council of accredited counseling psychology programs. Dr. McPherson began his career as a teacher and school counselor. He continues to provide in-service and continuing education programs for counselors and psychologists regarding ethical and legal issues in practice and HIPAA compliance.
