Overview
The Review 360 is a Data Collection Framework that provides a hosted,
web-based technology that is both secure (128bit SSL encryption) and compliant with
the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and the Family Educational Rights
and Privacy Act (FERPA) also known as the Buckley Amendment.
The Review 360 is easy to use for teachers and combines the right
balance of collecting enough data to make sound decisions but not so much data that
teachers will not want to implement the product.
The data collected in the Review 360 is used to support many areas of the
educational enterprise including the following:
- IEP Meetings
- Response to Intervention Initiatives
- Student Support Team processes
- Inclusion Opportunities
- Program Effectiveness Analysis
- Parental Interaction
- Progress Monitoring
The process of creating a plan for a student within the Review 360 is as
follows: Select the category of the presenting problem within the classroom Select
the specific presenting problem from the tree. The Review 360 will then
present the objective or positive replacement behavior that should be promoted with
the student. Once selected the system will recommend an empirically based strategy
that can be used to promote the objective or positive replacement behavior. Teachers
will then have the ability to individualize the objective to mirror the IEP or Behavior
Improvement Plan (BIP). The plan is now ready to have data collected to determine
progress.
Current Plan Types within the Review 360
Behavior Management Plan (BMP)
This plan type is generally used for behavior programs where some variable
of level system is being used. The system is configured in a manner that mirrors
the current level system that teachers are using in the classroom and currently
collecting data by hand. Review360 automates the paper/pencil process for
teachers streamlining the data collection process.
Behavior Tracking Plan (BTP)
The BTP is used for students in behavior programs where a simplified system
of points tracking is used. The system is configured in a manner that mirrors the
current points system that teachers are using in the classroom and currently collecting
data by hand. Review360 automates the paper/pencil process for teachers
streamlining the data collection process.
Student Support Team Plan (SST)
The SST plan is typically used for students that have been identified as (At Risk)
where additional data is needed to support the Response to Intervention process.
Identifying specific problem behaviors and tracking the positive replacement behaviors
along with different strategies to promote the positive behavior can be tracked
in the SST Plan.
IEP Progress Plan
The IEP Progress Plan is used for tracking progress on IEP objectives for the Low
Incidence population including Autism. This plan type is typically configured to
collect data on the number of successes out of number of attempts. The system can
also track the level of cueing and prompting that is needed to complete the objective.
School districts utilize this configuration to track data for alternative state
assesments such as TAKS Alt etc.
In Home Training Plan (IHT)
The IHT plan is used to collect data for the delivery of services for Autistic students
and their guardians. The system tracks progress on the objectives from the IEP.
Incident Tracking
Review360 includes an incident reporting feature that tracks office referrals,
restraints, student health incidents, suspension and timeouts.
