Review360™ GenEd

Review360™ GenEd was designed to serve as an expert coach that helps teachers and school leaders by helping to understand how to improve student behavior in the classroom and campus wide.  Review360™ GenEd provides specific materials to support the implementation of these practices and offers a robust behavioral data management system to evaluate student outcomes across all tiers of service.  

Review360™ GenEd provides two distinct components that serve as the foundation for improving behavior in your school.

Component one, designed for teachers, delivers six professional development modules that lay the groundwork for effective classroom management.

  • Teaching behavioral expectations
  • Developing procedures and routines
  • Using reinforcement and acknowledgement
  • Improving student teacher relationships and interactions
  • Structuring the learning environment
  • Developing effective correction procedures and strategies

Component two, designed for school leaders, provides a framework for the implementation of school-wide preventative and proactive activities to promote positive behavior. The methods recommended have been proven to significantly reduce the occurrence of problem behaviors in school, resulting in a more positive school climate, and increased academic performance.

  • Developing a school-wide behavior support team.
  • Creating three to five behavioral expectations that are taught and reinforced with all students.
  • Developing reinforcements and more positive engagement with students.
  • Developing procedures for the common areas and systematic supervision of the school environment.
  • Using school and student data to provide school-wide and individual student interventions.
