As educators with many years of experience, the PSS Educational Services and Research Teams demonstrate unparalleled expertise in the development of Positive Behavioral Support, classroom management, behavior analysis, behavioral RtI, and other behavioral related services.
Review360™ Implementation Services
PSS has an established, client-centered method of implementing Review360™ through collaboration and coordination with school districts in order to ensure seamless alignment with districts' current behavioral support and data management systems.
Review360™ implementation* includes:
Project management services provide the required framework for implementation activities. These mandatory days are required for start up activities prior to and immediately following product training.
- The Kick Off Meeting
- The Configuration
- Training Preparation
After pre-training activities are complete, Standard User Training is conducted with teachers and/or school teams for all Review360™ Products and Plan Types. Training times vary depending on number of people being trained.
- Executive Level Meeting - Six weeks after training commences the implementation specialist conducts a status update of implementation start up with district staff and determines where assistance may be required. A plan is developed to address implementation concerns and configuration changes that may be needed.
These presentations and services support the successful implementation of the product by enhancing the users skill with the products application and use.
